Pack sizes
1 lb resealable, 5 lb pail, 25 lb poly-lined case, 50 lb bulk sack. Retail jars and 4 oz pouches on the private-label line.
Mesh options
Cracked, coarse (16–20), standard (30), fine (60) and powdered on request. Mesh is recorded on the spec sheet and held lot to lot.
Documentation

Developed in our own kitchen, sold under our label or yours. All are clean-label by default: no anti-caking agents, no MSG, no dyes unless requested in writing.
Trinity Steak Rub
Cracked Tellicherry, smoked salt, garlic, ancho, a whisper of coffee. Our highest-volume blend since 2012.
West Dallas Taco
Guajillo-forward, low salt, built to be dosed by weight in a production kitchen.
Fancher Street Chili
Three-chile base with cumin and Mexican oregano, ground the day it ships.
Gulf Boil
Coarse blend for crawfish and shrimp boils, sold in 25 lb cases March through July.
Brisket Bark No. 4
16-mesh pepper and salt with a trace of turbinado. Developed with two Dallas barbecue teams.
